120g (4 oz) cooking apple, peeled, cored and chopped
2 medium plums, halved and stoned
artificial sweetener to taste
1x30g (1 oz) slice white bread, cut into 8 triangle
Cook apple and plums in a little water until become pulpy.
Add sweetener, transfer to a warm, heat-proof dish.
Place triangles of bread over fruit, overlapping them to fit and pushing them down slightly.
Melt margarine and honey and brush over the bread
Grill on medium heat until crisp and golden.
